I don’t know about you, but my least favorite part of cooking is the clean up. To make it easier, I have built a go-to repertoire of one-dish meals to cut back on time spent doing the dishes.

Here are a few to get you started:

  • Re-invent your favorite takeout to be simple and healthier. Try this Tofu Vegetable Sheet Pan Stir Fry.

  • Or try this all time favorite Balsamic Chicken and Vegetable Sheet Pan dinner with beta carotene and fiber rich butternut squash roasted in a maple balsamic glaze.

  • Did you buy an Instant Pot, but don’t know what to make? This Instant Pot Chicken Cacciatore is a simple, delicious, family hit and packed with lycopene-rich tomatoes. This flexible recipe includes directions for a crockpot or stove top cooking as well.
