RECIPE: Pineapple Berry Citrus Salad

INGREDIENTS


Makes 4 servings


1 cup pineapple, chopped

1 apple, chopped (tart)

2 oranges, segmented

1 cup strawberries, quartered

2 Tbs mint, fresh or basil

1/4 cup almonds, slivered


DIRECTIONS


Prep

  1. Chop pineapple and apple.

  2. Supreme oranges [see video link below].

  3. Quarter strawberries.


Make

  1. Add all fruits and almonds to large bowl and toss with fresh mint or basil.
