INGREDIENTS
3/4 cup roasted red peppers, chopped, jarred
1 (15 oz.) can chickpeas, drained and rinsed
1 lemon, juiced (1/4 cup juice)
1/4 cup tahini
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 Tbs olive oil
1/2 tsp cumin, ground
1/8 tsp cayenne pepper (pinch)
1/2 tsp salt
Directions
Prep
Chop garlic.
Drain and chop peppers.
Juice lemons.
Drain and rinse chickpeas.
Make
Combine everything together in a food processor.
Pulse to blend.
