Simple Peach Salsa

Total Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 4 servings


  • 2 cup peaches, chopped ( or fresh mango)

  • 1/2 cup tomato, diced

  • 1/2 tsp jalapeño, minced (optional)

  • 1/2 bell pepper, chopped

  • 1/4 cup scallions, chopped (other onion)

  • 3 Tbs cilantro, chopped

  • 1 lime, juiced

  • salt, to taste



  1. Dice the peach, tomato, and bell pepper.

  2. Mince scallions and jalapeño.

  3. Juice lime.

  4. Finely chop cilantro.


  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!

Notes: Salsa is excellent with grilled or baked fish.
