Chocolate Cherry Overnight Oats

INGREDIENTS
1Â Â 1/2 cup oats
2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/4 cup chia seeds
2 Tbs cocoa powder
2 Tbs maple syrup
2 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup cherries, pitted and chopped (frozen, defrosted work well too!)
DIRECTIONS
Make
Mix all ingredients, except cherries, together in a medium-sized bowl.
Pour into jars or individual containers.
Place in fridge overnight or at least several hours.
In the morning, top with frozen cherries, microwave 15 seconds to slightly warm and eat!
Note: This is an easy make ahead breakfast to prep for a busy work week. Top with frozen cherries before sealing up container. Grab on the way out the door and warm up at work.
